Please print and fill out the health form (Adobe Acrobat format; requires free Adobe Reader) and include it with your registration application.

Registration will not be complete until the signed medical form is submitted. Campers must have had a physical within one year of camp date. All medical forms must be received by camp check-in for any child to participate. Any camper arriving at camp without a medical form will not be allowed to participate.

Payment is due IN FULL with registration.

No refunds upon confirmation of registration. Applications will be accepted until the camps are full. Notations will be made on this site when sessions are closed due to capacity. Registration within one week of camp requires cash or money order.

Confirm

Upon receipt of registration materials, we will email you confirmation. Please be sure to fill in the email section of the registration form CLEARLY to ensure proper delivery. This is the fastest and most efficient means of confirming your registration. The health form does not have to be mailed with the registration form, but it MUST be received prior to the beginning of the camp session. Should the camp session you request be full, we will contact you regarding your options for other sessions.

If you do not receive an email confirmation within 10 days of mailing your registration, please contact us by phone or email.
