Duke Tennis Camp Rules
- No smoking, drinking or drugs are permitted while on campus or as a member of Duke Tennis Camp.
- No unruly behavior in the dorms. Respect for the property of Duke University must be maintained at all times. We will not tolerate dangerous or destructive behavior. Repair or replacement fees will be charged to the camper for any damaged property.
- Lights out at 10:30pm.
- Girls are to remain on the girls' hall at all times and boys are to remain on the boys' hall at all times. The only exception to this rule is to congregate in the commons room.
- A lost key should be reported to your counselor immediately so that they may contact Conference Services for a replacement. Remember to keep your room locked at all times. If you plan to leave camp early, you should give your counselor your key and card to turn in to ensure your refund.
- You are not allowed to roam campus on your own. Duke University is not an insulated environment and therefore is subject to crime. See rules #5 and #6 above.
- Any camper whose conduct is not in accordance with the rules of Duke Tennis Camp will be asked to return home.
- It is of utmost importance that each camper eat breakfast and keep a water jug with them at all times. This will reduce the incidence of fatigue and heat stroke on the court.
- Be courteous and respectful to your counselors and coaches at all times.
